The expanded inventory also gives planners more flexibility to create distinct spaces within a single venue. Lounge groupings can be used for cocktail areas, reception seating, networking spaces, VIP areas, and other settings where traditional banquet seating may not fit the atmosphere or function of the event.
For larger productions, sourcing more of these elements from one local rental partner can also simplify coordination between design, delivery, installation, and breakdown.
