Co-founders Michael Schell and Charlene Solomon made the announcement as RW3 accelerates its mission to make culture visible, measurable, and actionable for global organizations.

As part of the transition, Schell will serve as Chairman of the Board and continue to lead RW3’s most strategic client relationships. Solomon will serve as Vice Chair as well as continuing as President, with responsibility for content development, marketing, and external thought leadership.
