SIAA Xchange and Input 1 Launch Xchange Billing Services
PR Newswire
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Sept. 23, 2026
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Input 1, a provider of managed billing services, digital payments, and premium finance solutions for the insurance industry, today announced a strategic partnership with SIAA Xchange and the launch of Xchange Billing Services, an integrated billing and payment solution.
The partnership brings together SIAA Xchange’s member network, market access, distribution capabilities, and agency relationships with Input 1’s insurance technology, billing and payments infrastructure, and premium finance platform. Together, they provide members and their policyholders with a centralized experience for billing and payment processing.
Xchange Billing Services gives members the ability to convert eligible business to direct bill even when the underlying market does not offer it natively. It bills the policyholder directly, manages premium collection and installment billing, and remits commissions to the member agency. Billing is integrated into the same Xchange workflow members use for submission and placement, and agency bill remains available.
These capabilities extend how Xchange simplifies E&S for members, reducing the administrative burden typically associated with premium collection and expanding the billing terms and payment options available to agencies and their policyholders.
Hunter Moss, CEO of SIAA Xchange, said, “Xchange is focused on making E&S business easier for our members throughout the entire policy lifecycle. Integrating billing and payment capabilities is another step toward reducing administrative friction and giving agencies and their customers more flexibility. Input 1 has worked closely with our team to build these capabilities into the Xchange experience while allowing us to continue expanding and automating the platform over time.”
Todd Greenbaum, CEO and President of Input 1, said, “Our goal was to build the technology and services around the way Xchange wanted the program to work. The platform is deeply integrated with the Xchange platform and combines billing and payment capabilities within a highly secure environment. This gives SIAA Xchange members greater flexibility while reducing many of the manual processes traditionally associated with collection.”
The program is already operational. Managed billing and digital payments went live on July 20, 2026 with API connectivity and single sign-on linking the Xchange and Input 1 systems.
The launch establishes scalable billing and payment infrastructure designed to support Xchange as transaction volume grows. It also creates a foundation for further automation and new capabilities that will continue to improve how members work.
